Location: 36th Avenue South & East Lake Street
I’ve lived in my home for 23 years. For the past thirteen years, since Merlins Rest opened in 2007, it’s been hard to find parking on our block. At 7 p.m. on a Sunday evening, there’s no traffic on Lake Street and almost no cars parked on 36th Avenue.
This is the impact of the COVID emergency shutdowns. It looks like a ghost town.
