According to the Star Tribune, the latest Case-Shiller Index has Minneapolis home prices up more than 11% from the same month last year. While the month-to-month average price increase has cooled to just under 1%, Minneapolis is still beating the national average. With the rough winter and the wet, long spring, it appears there’s been more than a few homeowners waiting for the weather to turn.
