Backstory: About a decade ago, East 27th Avenue So. at East Lake, & East Lake at Minnehaha Avenue, in Longfellow was riddled with issues, fast forward to present day, and with the commitment of residents, the neighborhood, and businesses investing in these corners they have made an amazing turn around.
