A casual drive down Minnehaha Ave. on any given day reveals a half a dozen cars with no license plates on front or back. Here’s one car that’s been buried in by a snowplow and hasn’t moved in weeks, despite Snow Emergency rules. Makes me wonder, is anyone missing their car?
