Location: 3147 Hiawatha Avenue (shuttered old electric substation)
While waiting in the left turn lane at 32nd Street, I have wondered about the origins of this brilliant graffiti/street art, whether it is sanctioned or not, and who might have designed it. Anyone out there know about it? Please comment here.
