Location: East 37th Street and 34th Avenue South
This building was renovated about a month ago, and it was unclear for what purpose at the time. Since then it has had even more renovation and is a temporary studio for Mactir Academy of Irish Dance, a new tenant at 3709 Minnehaha Avenue. They’ve put in new windows but the recent storm disturbed their sign.
