Location: Parkway Pizza – 4359 Minnehaha
These are the days that I longed for as a child, and even into middle and high school. Days off of school and seemingly endless hours to play outside. Even now, as long as I’m not on a schedule, I love walking through the snow. On my walk home from Parkway Pizza I got to enjoy the quite, empty streets and the soft crunch of snow under my feet. I have a different relationship with such heavy snowfalls now that I use my bike to commute to school and work, but I will always be reminded of the fun that the fine white powder provided me when I was younger.
