It’s been such a great pleasure and privilege to be a part of the Longfellow 365 Project! I joined this wonderful group not only as a new comer to the Longfellow neighborhood but to Minneapolis as well. I first began my journey with photography in a high school black and white composition class in Charlottesville, Virginia with a 35 mm film single-lens reflex Nikon FG-20 and a Nikon 36 – 72 mm zoom lens. Since then I’ve lived in mostly rural and small town settings, and as such have pursued images mostly in nature and landscape. This project has enabled me to explore my photography in a city setting and for that I am grateful! Thank you so much for the opportunity!! I hope everyone has a wonderful end to this year of 2017 and a New Year filled with good memories and prosperity. Cheers!
