Construction of the front of a “new” charter school is underway on 28th Avenue and 29th Street in Longfellow. The charter school currently leases the former Rainbow grocery store at 27th Avenue and 29th Street. The construction is State II of the Minnehaha Crossing Development. Further development plans includes establishment of retail in the front of the former Rainbow grocery store among other uses. www.minnehahacrossing.com
