City Council member Andrew Johnson and Longfellow Community Council (LCC) Board President Eric Day with LCC’s Executive Director Melanie Majors at LCC’s fall general membership meeting – The Best Meeting Ever! at Minnehaha Academy. The event included a free dinner provided by ten Longfellow restaurants, community updates, childcare, a resource fair, raffle prizes, a community survey and even a trivia quiz on Longfellow history. This meeting, which is held every October by LCC to connect area residents with the neighborhood organization and each other, had over 200 people in attendance.
