An unseasonably cool and rainy day couldn’t keep Greater Longfellow Neighborhood residents away from the Longfellow Community Council’s monthly Community Happy Hour, held at one of the past year’s best additions to the nieghborhood – Peppers and Fries on East Lake Street. The monthly happy hours are family friendly and are a great opportunity for people to come meet their neighbors, learn about the neighborhood organization and upcoming events, and discuss neighborhood issues. The next one will be on September 15th from 5:30-7:30pm at The Rail Station on Minnehaha Avenue.
