Every year the warm glow of ice lanterns graces front yards on the 3400 block of 46th Ave, thanks to neighbor David Bernick. They were lit for the first time this year on New Year’s Eve and many were lit tonight as well. David, owner of the Riverview Café and Wine Bar, makes this gesture of community to his neighbors every year.
