Longfellow Brew Club

Longfellow Brew Club met this evening, a congenial group of neighborhood folk who brew their own beer, ale and stout. There was a tasting – including a lovely Maple Ale – and a building project – a stir plate. After visiting, I was totally convinced that brewing is at the intersection of High School Chemistry and Biology – for grown-ups.
