The rapidly melting snow has left gigantic puddles on many streets & sidewalks in the neighborhood. At 53ºF today it was plenty warm to drive with your windows down, and the only reason to keep your windows closed was to prevent a soaking from a passing car like the one in this photograph. This was mentioned yesterday as well, but today was just shy of 80 degrees warmer than my first Monday photograph two and half months ago – wow! Spring here we come!
